Tony Manfredi founded Staff Hunters in August of 2003. Prior to Staff Hunters he worked 23 years for the world's largest specialized staffing firm, where he held the positions of Regional Manager, Area Manager, Branch Manager, and others. In 1992, Tony won the prestigious President's Club Award as a top 5 producer worldwide in total individual sales. In 2000, he won the Chairman's Club Leadership Award as an Area Manager for consulting services. "I enjoy this business because I collaborate with companies and small businesses with staffing solutions. On the candidate side, I really take pride in helping with career goals and in some cases, just getting people to work again. It is a great feeling when someone thanks you for helping them out and believing in them." Tony has a degree in Accounting from Boston College and lives on the Seacoast with his wife, Sally. When not gardening or on the golf course, Tony can be found chasing his grandchildren around.
Amber Payne has been serving the staffing industry since 2000. Prior to moving to the East Coast and joining Staff Hunters in 2006, Amber spent four years as Senior Staffing Manager at an international staffing firm working on their largest national account, Wells Fargo. Amber also has eight years of experience in recruiting and human resource management in a corporate setting with organizations including Sony Corporation of America. Amber holds a certification in Human Resource Management from the University of California, Berkeley. As a staffing professional, Amber enjoys the challenge of connecting with specialized professionals and matching them with quality organizations. Amber grew up working at her family's accounting/management consulting firm that specialized in helping small businesses grow, so she enjoys learning about Staff Hunters' clients and helping to add value to the success of local businesses. Amber has received various recognitions for her superior customer service and management skills. When she is away from work, Amber enjoys spending time with her husband and step-son, and visiting her friends and family on the West Coast.
Kendra Palmer joined Staff Hunters in early 2011. With a background in technical recruitment, Kendra has been instrumental in developing Staff Hunters' engineering division. Kendra's experience spans eight years in engineering, science, IT, and finance at all levels. Kendra holds an MBA from the University of Southern Maine. In 2009, she was recognized with a national honor for her enthusiasm and initiative in recruitment. Kendra enjoys the challenge of recruiting a range of engineers, whether they manufacture widgets or diagnostic instruments, and the creativity that recruitment allows. When not recruiting, Kendra spends time with her puppy, kayaking around the Seacoast and volunteering at an Animal Rescue organization and Habitat for Humanity. Aside from the outdoors, her passion is creating - from jewelry and community to great opportunities for candidates and clients to connect.
Joshua Woods joined Staff Hunters in 2011 and currently specializes in accounting, administrative and clerical staffing, including Human Resources, Marketing, and Executive Support. Josh has a strong staffing background, as he began his recruiting career in 2002 as a Corporate Recruiter for MBNA America. His professional ambitions and adept recruiting skills later lead him to join the world's largest staffing firm in 2006, achieving the accomplishments of #5 ranking in the Eastern Zone and #1 ranking in the New England District. Josh's philosophy is simple. "It makes me proud to contribute to the community by helping local companies partner with local employees. By doing so, it improves the situation for both - businesses need to grow, and people need to work." Josh currently resides in the Seacoast area with his family and enjoys archery, painting and cooking.
Hannah joined Staff Hunters in early 2013. Prior to returning to the Seacoast she spent 6 ½ years with the Hershey Company, first as a Retail Sales Representative based in Frederick, MD, then as a District Sales Supervisor in Birmingham, AL. She graduated from the University of New Hampshire with a degree in Political Science, and a minor in English, which she completed at Cambridge University. Hannah was drawn to the staffing industry because of her appreciation for the "right people in the right position." She believes that everyone should be excited about what they get to wake up and go do. She loves the fact that she gets to go to work every day and help others continue on their paths to success. When she's not helping the right people find the right jobs with the right company, she's spending time with her family and Carolina dog in the greater Seacoast area.
Van Laventure began his recruiting career in 1999. Van joined Staff Hunters in 2004 after working for several international staffing firms. Van has been instrumental in opening the Staff Hunters' Bedford office. Currently, Van specializes in Temp and Direct Hire recruiting for accounting and finance positions. Van has worked with companies of all sizes, from very small businesses to Fortune 500 firms. What drew Van to staffing and keeps him engaged and excited is the ability to help people every day, "It's rewarding to be part of important transitions in people's lives, and help them achieve their goals." Van is a lifelong resident of NH and a graduate of the University of New Hampshire. Van volunteers at many local charities including Big Brothers Big Sisters, Learn-to-Read, Community Caregivers and the American Red Cross. When not working or volunteering, Van enjoys family vacations to Cape Cod, landscaping, reading and running marathons (in his mind).
Ari Osman joined Staff Hunters in 2009 as a Recruiting Manager at the Bedford office. Ari's focus is on sourcing top talent in finance, accounting, human resources, and supply-chain, with a particular emphasis on defense organizations. Prior to joining Staff Hunters, Ari's career began in 2005, serving in various finance and recruiting leadership positions, most recently as a Division Director for an international staffing firm. "My goal is to make quality, long-term placements that are mutually beneficial to both client and candidate." Having spent time living/working abroad, Ari is fluent in French. Ari's altruistic character goes beyond the office as he volunteers at the local soup kitchen. He also enjoys spending time with his son, working out at the gym and is an avid outdoor enthusiast.
Gerry Fernandez joined Staff Hunters in 2010. Gerry is a tenured recruiter and sales professional who has thrived working in the staffing industry - first as a Corporate Recruiter for a large national firm, and then as Division Director for a generalist firm in southern NH. "I understand the critical need to establish and promote long-term collaborative relationships with managers and candidates who demand nothing less than first-class service, professional integrity, and a commitment to excellence." Gerry resides in the Lakes Region of NH with his family and his Old English Sheep dogs. Gerry enjoys skiing, boating and spending as much time as possible in the sun.
Sara Zogopoulos joined Staff Hunters Administrative Division in 2013 and brings over 10 years experience in Staffing, Sales and Management. She started her career in the corporate Retail Sales world and quickly progressed into management positions. In 2007 Sara began working in the Staffing Industry and can't imagine a better career for herself. "I'm a people person. Being able to meet new people daily, learning about their career or business aspirations and helping them reach their goals; is fascinating and rewarding" says Sara. Prior to joining Staff Hunters, she was a top producing Staffing Manager for one of the world's largest staffing firms and spent 5 years at a boutique firm. Here she provided both temporary and direct-hire staffing solutions for a variety of disciplines throughout New England. Sara studied at Southern New Hampshire University, earned the CTS (Certified Temporary-Staffing Specialist) certification from The National Association of Personnel Services (NAPS) and she's been recognized by industry associations for her commitment to excellence. In her free time she enjoys coaching youth cheerleading teams, hiking, biking and everything outdoors.
Stacy Bonan joined Staff Hunters in 2013. As part of the Bedford team, Stacy focuses on recruiting for administrative and office support positions. Stacy had a successful career in Banking starting as a Customer Service Representative and worked her way into a Management role overseeing 65+ employees. In this position Stacy developed her expertise in Staffing, Employee Development, and Business Operations. Her prior work experience allows her to fully understand the needs of both clients and customers. "I look forward to meeting and exceeding the expectations of each person I work with." When not working, Stacy enjoys live music, spending time with her 2 children, family and friends.
