Tony Manfredi
Tony founded Staff Hunters in August of 2003. Prior to Staff Hunters he worked for 23 years with Robert Half International the world’s largest specialized staffing firm, where he held positions of Regional Manager, Area Manager, Branch Manager and others. As an Area Manager, he was responsible for seven profit centers in three different states with budgeted sales in excess of 50 Million. In 1992 he won the prestigious President’s Club award as being one of the top 5 producers worldwide in total individual sales. In 2000 he won the Chairman’s Club Leadership Award as an Area Manager for Consulting Services. Before the staffing world, he was in the accounting profession as the General Accounting Manager of Cole Hersee Inc, in Boston and holds a degree in accounting from Boston College.
Amber Payne
Amber is an experienced staffing professional with nine years in the industry. Prior to her move to the East Coast, she spent four years with an international staffing firm and served as Senior Staffing Manager for their largest national account, Wells Fargo. Amber also has eight years of experience in recruiting and human resource management in a corporate setting with organizations including Sony Corporation of America. Amber holds a certification in Human Resource Management from the University of California in Berkeley
